Math
In math, we will
be thinking about addition strategies and what we notice while using the 200’s
chart.
Reading
We only have Read
to Someone yet to introduce for Daily 5.
We continue to build our stamina on the other components while I have
been assessing student’s reading.
Reading groups
will begin after all the components of the Daily 5 are introduced and
practiced.
Classroom Dojo
Thanks to all for
your support with Classroom Dojo. Your diligence to check and talk about your
child’s behavior at school is very much appreciated.
Reminders
We are asking that
each family send $15.00 towards our second grade class fund. This money will aide in our
journey of learning by funding many needed educational supplies throughout our
academic school year. If sending a
check, please make checks payable
to the classroom teacher.
